Melissa joined MFG in 2025 and acts as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer where she is focused on managing the business operations for the firm. Prior to joining MFG, Melissa worked at Phoenix Merchant Partners focused on business operations and IR and was COO at Pura Vida Investments. She additionally held prior roles managing Marketing and Investor Relations at ITE Management, Pura Vida Investments, Ospraie Management, and ParkRiver Fund Solutions (a spin out of Ospraie Management). Melissa began her career as a Consultant in the Investment Management division of FactSet Research Systems and as a Research and Sales Associate in the Corporate Client Group at The NASDAQ Stock Market.
Melissa holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude.
